The Next Level Racing Victory Simulator Cockpit (NLR-S042) is an entry-level GT cockpit with a tubular frame and a racing seat in PU leather and suede on an integrated slider. It has adjustable wheel, pedal and shifter plates, a left- or right-side shifter arm, and supports wheelbases up to 10 Nm for drivers 150–200 cm tall. Canada Toyz sells it in CAD and ships from Markham, Ontario.

No. NLR says the Victory is not motion compatible.
