By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Refund eligibility (Full amount to original payment method or Store Credit) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
If you need to make adjustments (for example, updating a shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible at Info@canadatoyz.com. We will do our best to assist, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind for ALL items. Because many of our products require assembly and cannot be resold once opened, all sales are final.
The only exceptions are if you received the wrong item or a verified defective product within 7 days of delivery:
- Wrong Item: Please contact us within 7 days at Info@canadatoyz.com. We will provide a Return Shipping Label. Once the item is received, we will ship the correct replacement and cover the re-shipping cost.
- Defective Items: Please contact us within 7 days with photos/videos for verification. We will provide a Return Shipping Label. The re-shipping fee for the replacement unit is the responsibility of the customer (determined on a case-by-case basis).
Manufacturer Warranty
After the initial 7-day period, all functional issues or parts failures are the sole responsibility of the Manufacturer. Customers are responsible for all logistics and shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are not provided in cash. In eligible cases, refunds may be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Store credit can be used on any future purchase at CanadaToyz.ca and does not expire.
