Return & Exchange Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

 

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

If you need to make adjustments (for example, updating a shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible at Info@canadatoyz.com. We will do our best to assist, provided the order has not yet shipped.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in preparing your order. Because many of our products require assembly and cannot be resold once opened, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

The only exception is if you received the wrong item.

  • If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@canadatoyz.com with your order details, and we will arrange a replacement.

 

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or assembled kits
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are not provided in cash or to your original payment method.
In eligible cases (e.g., order cancellation before shipment or wrong item shipped and a replacement is not available), we will issue a store credit equal to the value of your purchase.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase at CanadaToyz.com and does not expire.
