Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking may take 3–7 business days to update.

1. Model Kits & Small Accessories

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $100 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below $100 CAD are subject to a $10 CAD flat rate.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • United States: 6–12 working days

    • Canada: 8–15 working days

    • Australia: 6–10 working days

    • United Kingdom: 6–10 working days

2. Sim Racing & Flight Gear

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $250 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below $250 CAD are subject to a $25 CAD flat rate.

  • Due to larger size and heavier weight, delivery times may be longer than standard parcels, depending on carrier availability in your region.
