No. The cockpit comes with seat brackets and a slider. Next Level Racing recommends the ES1 Elite seat.

Yes. The F-GT Elite changes between Formula, GT, hybrid, truck and tank positions.

What does "Back order" mean on this page?

Back order means the cockpit is not in our Markham warehouse at the moment. You can still place the order. It is queued and ships when the next supplier shipment reaches Markham, typically in 2 to 4 weeks. Lead time depends on supplier stock and transit.
